On original submission we reversed appellants conviction for attempted aggravated sexual abuse of a child on the ground that there was no judicial determination of appellants competency to stand trial prior to the trial on the merits in accordance with Article 46.02, Section 5(g) (Acts 1975, 64th Leg., ch. 415, p. 1095) in effect at the time of trial.
